You'll need an active internet connection from a provider, and we'll get it working around your property. No broadband, or only a slow line? We can install Starlink and get the connection to wherever you need it.

Are you an internet provider?
No. We install and improve the network inside your property, so you'll need an active internet connection from a provider. If you've got no broadband or only a slow line, we can install Starlink for you.
Can you install Starlink for me?
Yes. You order the kit and internet plan from Starlink, then we can find a good position, fit the dish, run the cable and get you online. We're an independent installer, not part of Starlink.
Can you help me or a relative with Wi-Fi and devices at home?
Yes. We can help with Wi-Fi, tablets, TVs and printers and explain it all in plain English, whether it's for you or for a parent or relative. A family member's welcome to arrange the visit and be there for it.

Why not just buy a Wi-Fi extender?
A plug-in extender has to pass everything along over the same weak signal it's trying to fix, so you can get more bars without any more speed. A cabled access point or a well-placed mesh system is far more reliable.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
No, we don't discuss prices over the phone. Walls, floors and where the router is all make a big difference to the job, so the survey comes first. We'll then send you the price in writing before any work starts.
